Dieses Prachtstück habe ich vor vielen Jahren Irland entdeckt.
Die Farben paßten überhaupt nicht zur Einrichtung im irischen Zuhause,
doch ich konnte mich nie durchringen es zu streichen.
Anfang dieser Woche wurde es dann doch weiß!
Und ich muß sagen...es gefällt mir wirklich gut.
Die passende Deko dafür wird mir auch noch einfallen,
sobald die Deko-Muse mich erst einmal geküsst hat.

I've discovered this treasure in Ireland many years ago.
The colours didn't match the interior of my Irish home at all
but somehow I it didn't feel right to paint it at that time.
However, at the beginning of this week I painted it white!
And I have to admit...I quite like it.
It's still lacking decoration but I'm sure
I'll have the perfect idea once the deco-muse kisses me.
Ich hätte zur Herkunft wohl eher auf die USA getippt, aber Irland passt auch ;)
AntwortenLöschenIn weiß gefällt mir das Karussel auch besser und ist so wunderbar vielseitig dekorier- und nutzbar. Ich könnte es mir auch super gut als Tischdekoration oder in der Küche vorstellen. Tolles Teil!!!
